Sewing has been part of my life since I was a little girl.  The repetitive motion of hand stitching is very calming, and combining different patterned fabrics, sewing into them and adding notions such a buttons and patches of silkscreened or printed images is one of my favourite things to do.  I also love sewing colourful bowls from jute string.
